How do I make a purchase online?

To purchase online you would need to create a first time account, this process is easy and FREE!. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Shopwss.com does not guarantee that an order can be changed or cancel once it has been processed. Once you have clicked on Place Order the order will be processed. However, you may call customer service immediately if for any reason you would like to make a change or exchange an item. If you would like to purchase additional items to the order you have placed, please create a new order. Cancel orders will be treated as a return if the order has been processed.

Do you charge sales tax?

Federal and state law requires that ShopWSS pay taxes in those states where we maintain a physical presence. At this time, residents of California are charged sales tax.

Why is my promotional code not working?

There are several reasons why a promo code may not be working on our website:

  • The specific promotion can only be applied toward a specific type or selection of products (for example: a sandals sale, or womens’ product sale)
  • The promo code was only valid during a specific period of time that has subsequently ended

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has been placed and approved by our credit card processor or paypal an email will be sent to you with your confirmation number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number information. Visit UPS.com to enter your tracking number for shipping updates. Please keep the email with tracking information for further tracking until you receive ALL of your packages.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I change exchange an order?

If you would like to exchange an item for another style or you need a size exchange simply call customer service for instructions. Exchanges are processed like a return and reissued as a new order. You will receive full credit for returned merchandise once it is received and inspected. A separate charge will be processed for the new order. Please contact customer service.

What is the return policy?

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, Shopwss will accept returns of products that are UNWORN within 60 days from the date of your online purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging to receive full credit. Items purchased with a special discount or coupon may result in an adjusted refund amount. Gift Cards cannot be returned.

 

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in original condition, to ensure full credit.

Most refunds are processed within 7 business days once the merchandise is received at our warehouse. Credit for the returned item(s) will be posted to your credit or debit card account in accordance with your financial institution's procedures. A confirmation email will be sent for your records.

Availability of items can change.Other restrictions may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will pay all return shipping fees for defective or mishandled merchandise. Online orders cannot be returned at any WSS location.

Proposition 65 is the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Any company that operates in California, sells products in California, or manufactures products that may be sold in or brought into California is subject to Proposition 65. Since our products are sold in California, Proposition 65 applies to us.

Proposition 65 requires warning labels on any product that may contain any of 600-plus elements that the California Air Resources Board considers a carcinogen or a reproductive toxicant. These elements include lead, brass, PVC and a multitude of other everyday elements.

Many of the elements listed under Proposition 65 are common everyday items. The list of elements evolves and is periodically updated. Elements are added to the list, some elements are removed. It is excessively difficult to keep track of the changing list of elements so we feel safer including this label on these particular products. The label does not necessarily indicate our products will cause you to contract cancer or reproductive harm if used as designed, but that the product contains chemicals which are on the list of elements under California State Proposition 65.
