How do I track my order?


Once your order has been placed and approved by our credit card processor or paypal an email will be sent to you with your confirmation number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number information. Visit to enter your tracking number for shipping updates. Please keep the email with tracking information for further tracking until you receive ALL of your packages.

What is the return policy?

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, Shopwss will accept returns of products that are UNWORN within 30 days from the date of your online purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging to receive full credit. Items purchased with a special discount or coupon may result in an adjusted refund amount. Gift Cards cannot be returned.


Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in original condition, to ensure full credit.

Most refunds are processed within 7 business days once the merchandise is received at our warehouse. Credit for the returned item(s) will be posted to your credit or debit card account in accordance with your financial institution's procedures. A confirmation email will be sent for your records.

Availability of items can change. Other restrictions may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will pay all return shipping fees for defective or mishandled merchandise. Online orders  may be returned at any WSS location.

Can I return merchandise that has been worn?

Merchandise worn cannot be returned. Only merchandise that is in their original condition will be accepted.

During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. About California Proposition 65

You may see the following label on our product(s).

This product may contain chemicals known to
the State of California to cause cancer and/or
birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Do not allow children to mouth or chew.

Proposition 65 is the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Any company that operates in California, sells products in California, or manufactures products that may be sold in or brought into California is subject to Proposition 65. Since our products are sold in California, Proposition 65 applies to us.

Proposition 65 requires warning labels on any product that may contain any of 600-plus elements that the California Air Resources Board considers a carcinogen or a reproductive toxicant. These elements include lead, brass, PVC and a multitude of other everyday elements.

Many of the elements listed under Proposition 65 are common everyday items. The list of elements evolves and is periodically updated. Elements are added to the list, some elements are removed. It is excessively difficult to keep track of the changing list of elements so we feel safer including this label on these particular products. The label does not necessarily indicate our products will cause you to contract cancer or reproductive harm if used as designed, but that the product contains chemicals which are on the list of elements under California State Proposition 65.
