Shopwss.com does not guarantee that an order can be changed or cancel once it has been processed. Once you have clicked on Place Order the order will be processed. However, you may call customer service immediately if for any reason you would like to make a change or exchange an item. If you would like to purchase additional items to the order you have placed, please create a new order. Cancel orders will be treated as a return if the order has been processed.

Once your order has been placed and approved by our credit card processor or paypal and email will be sent to you with your confirmation number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number information. Visit UPS.com to enter your tracking number for shipping updates. Please keep the email with tracking information for further tracking until you receive ALL of your packages.
You can check the status of your order by going to the “My Account” section at the bottom of the page and selecting the “Order Status” link. Once there you will be asked to provide your Order Number and Billing Zip Code which will enable you to check the status of your order.
You should receive a tracking number from us 24-48 hours of your order.

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to ship to APO or FPO addresses or to PO Boxes.
If you would like to exchange an item for another style or you need a size exchange simply call customer service for instructions. Exchanges are processed like a return and reissued as a new order. You will receive full credit for returned merchandise once it is received and inspected. A separate charge will be processed for the new order. Please contact customer service.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, Shopwss will accept returns of products that are UNWORN within 60 days from the date of your online purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging to receive full credit. Items purchased with a special discount or coupon may result in an adjusted refund amount. Gift Cards cannot be returned.
Before returning merchandise to Shopwss- Warehouse Shoe Sale, you are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Service Department. Returns without a RMA number attached on the package will not be accepted; we will not be responsible for losses of any kind.
Most refunds are processed within 7 business days once the merchandise is received at our warehouse. Credit for the returned item(s) will be posted to your credit or debit card account in accordance with your financial institution's procedures. A confirmation email will be sent for your records.
Availability of items can change.Other restrictions may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will pay all return shipping fees for defective or mishandled merchandise. Online orders cannot be returned at any WSS location.
