Returns

WSS will process a return for your purchase within 30 days of your purchase date.

Please note that items purchased from ShopWSS.com may not be returned to our store locations. Please follow the instructions below to return purchases.

Returning an Item

  • We accept returns for UNWORN items within 30 days from your purchase date. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in original condition, to ensure full credit. 
  • Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Return and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • To receive credit, Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
  • Items discounted more than 50% off the original price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
  • Once the merchandise is received and inspected your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Credit for the returned item(s) will be posted to your credit or debit card account in accordance with your financial institution's procedures. A confirmation email will be sent for your records. Items purchased with a special discount or coupon may result in an adjusted refund amount. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are handled by our trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com All inquiries for an international order should be directed to GlobalShopex at customerservice@globalshopex.com or (786)314-7141. 
  • Please note that items purchased from ShopWSS.com may not be returned to our store locations.
