Returns

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, WSS will process a return for your purchase within 60 days of your purchase date.

Please note that items purchased from ShopWSS.com may not be returned to our store locations. Please follow the instructions below to return purchases to us via UPS.

Returning an Item

• We accept returns for UNWORN items within 60 days from your purchase date. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
• Contact us via email at returns@shopwss.com or phone at 1.800.276.2002 to submit a return request.
• A UPS pre-paid label will then be sent to you via email. Packages can be dropped off at any UPS location.
• Once the merchandise is received and inspected your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Credit for the returned item(s) will be posted to your credit or debit card account in accordance with your financial institution's procedures. A confirmation email will be sent for your records. Items purchased with a special discount or coupon may result in an adjusted refund amount. Shipping charges are not refundable.
