Shopping is easy at WSS! Here are some FAQs to help you place your order online:

ORDERS
How can I change or cancel my shopwss.com order after I have submitted it?
We know you want your new merchandise fast, so we strive to process every order the minute we receive it. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. You can always return your order by following our returns process below.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped, we will send you an email containing the information needed to track your package. If you are a returning customer, you can check your order status by logging into your account. If you are a new customer, please check your order confirmation email for a link to track your order.
    To track orders shipped 7-10 day Economy shipping:

    To track orders shipped 2-5 day Expedited shipping:

When will I receive my order?

What if my order was received damaged, wrong, or partial?
We rarely get it wrong, but if you find any problems with your order, please to our return instructions below.


PAYMENT
What methods of payment do you accept?
Online: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Gift Cards.
In-Store: We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Gift Cards.

Will there be sales tax?
WSS follows all state and local laws and regulations pertaining to sales tax. We charge applicable sales tax on all merchandise purchased in Arizona, California, Nevada, Massachusetts and New York.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged when you order leaves our warehouse. When an order is first placed with WSS, we contact your card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card has a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. This communication is done by completing an authorization for the full amount of the order. When the authorization is done, this will place a pending hold on the account for the amount of the order. Once your order has shipped, your card will be charged.

What if my card is denied?
Please contact your lender institution to resolve this issue.

Are my credit card and personal information secure?

WSS understands the importance of keeping your personal information secure. We offer a safe shopping experience by keeping you secure from identity theft, viruses and credit card fraud through a secure transaction process.

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL Technology)
ShopWSS uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe and out of malicious hands.


RETURNS
We want you to be happy. And because we want you to be happy, we will happily take the return of any purchase you’re not completely satisfied with. With a few guidelines, of course.

How do I return an order?
All returns must be:
  • Un-worn and in original packaging.

  • Include all accessories from package (if any).

  • Apparel must have the original tags and packaging.

  • Returned within 30 days from the day your order is shipped (or you will incur a 20% restocking fee).

Return Instructions:
To Return by Mail:
On the back of your packing slip, you will find a return form. Fill out this form completely including the reason for your return. Ship item(s) back with the completed return slip.
We suggest you select a shipper (UPS, FEDEX, OR USPS) with tracking capabilities, and insure the package for full value.  We do not except COD returns

Unfortunately, you currrently cannot return an online order to a store. 


How fast will I get my refund?
Upon WSS receiving your return, you can expect your refund back to the original form of payment. You’ll receive an email notifying you that your credit was processed. Shipping cost will ONLY be refunded if your return is a manufacturer’s defect or a WSS shipping error.

Can I exchange my purchase if I don’t like it?
You can purchase a replacement item online, and then return the original purchase for credit.
  • Credit Cards charges will be refuned in 3 to 5 business days back to the original card
  • PayPal charges will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days back to your PayPal account
  • Gift Cards will be refunded in 10 business days to the original gift card used
If I used a gift card or loyalty points, how will I be refunded?
  • Gift Card - You will receive a credit back to the original gift card for refunded amount.

SHIPPING
What shipping methods do you use?
FedEx Smart Post and USPS are our trusted partners for all outbound shipping.

  • For 7-10 day Economy Delivery, we charge a flat rate of $7.99.
  • Need it a little faster? Choose Expedited Delivery to receive your order in 2-5 days.
  • 2nd Day and Next Day Air are also available for $24.99 and $34.99 respectively.

  • PLEASE NOTE: All orders are shipped the first business day after the order is placed. This includes 2nd Day and Next Day Air.  For example, an order placed on Monday will not ship until Tuesday.  An order placed on Friday will not ship until Monday.
