Any new Jordan Releases purchased on launch day are not eligible for returns.
Can I return or exchange my online or in-app order in-store?
Unfortunately, no. You can return or exchange your new, unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase date by mail. WSS will cover the cost of one (1) return/exchange shipping label per order. To initiate the return/exchange process, please call us at 844-746-7977 or email us at help@shopwss.com.
Can I return my order by mail?
Yes, WSS accepts returns if you are not satisfied with the fit or wear of the item(s). We will accept an even exchange within 30 days of the purchase date for another size or shoe of equal value. WSS will cover the cost of (1) return/exchange label per order. To initiate the exchange process, please call us toll-free at 844-746-7977 or email us at help@shopwss.com. Can I exchange my order by mail?
Yes, WSS will cover the cost of (1) shipping label and exchange the item for another size, color, or style of equal value. To initiate the exchange process, please call us toll-free at 844-746-7977 or email us at help@shopwss.com.
How soon will I receive my refund? When we receive your returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. All refunds go back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email notifying you that your refund was processed. Shipping costs will only be refunded if your return qualifies as a manufacturer's defect or a WSS shipping error.
For Credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal: Refunds process in 3-5 business days.
For Klarna: Refunds process within 14 days and may refund separately, mirroring your payment plan.
Can I return or exchange if I purchased in bulk?
Except in the case of manufacturer defect or damage, we do not allow returns on bulk purchases. We define bulk purchases as buying five (5) or more of a SKU in a single or multiple purchases within a 7-day period or spending $1,000 or more on a single or multiple purchases within a 7-day period.
