How to Reserve Your Pair
- Enter. Select your size and store location to enter.
- Confirm Your Reservation. If you have a winning entry, you will receive a SMS/Text message on Wednesday, April 26, 2022, at 9:00 AM PST. You will have until 5:00 PM PST to confirm your reservation to buy your shoes. If you confirm your reservation by April 26 2022 5:00 PM PST, you will receive a 2nd SMS/Text message confirming your store location and selected shoe-size. If you don’t confirm your reservation in time, you will lose your purchase privileges.
- Pick Up & Pay In-Store. On Launch Day, bring a valid photo ID, a form of payment, and your confirmation SMS/Text message to pay and walk away with your new J’s.
Jordan Launch Day
- Show up between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM local time in your selected store to purchase your shoes.
- Raffle winners who do not show up to buy their shoes by 10:00 AM local time will lose their purchase privileges.
- Please bring a valid form of identification and your confirmation SMS/Text message to purchase the shoes.
- Jordan Releases purchased on Launch Day are not eligible for returns.
Terms & Conditions
- Limit one entry per person per product. Participants must be over the age of 18.
- WSS reservation entries are non-transferrable. An alternate pick up person will not be able to purchase the newly released shoes.
- Submission of multiple entries for the same product using multiple accounts, phone numbers, sizes, store location preferences, or any attempt to automate the entry process will result in entries being canceled, and the entrant will be disqualified.
- Once you enter the reservation, your entry is considered final, and no changes of any kind can be made.
- If you are selected to receive a reservation to purchase a product, you must confirm your reservation by SMS between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, or your reservation will expire, and you will lose your privilege to purchase the product.
- If you are selected to receive a reservation to purchase a product, and you confirm your reservation, you will have one opportunity to purchase one product on the product Launch Day between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM local time. There is no guarantee of receiving any shoe or your specified shoe size. WSS makes no guarantee regarding product or size availability.
- If you are selected to receive a reservation to purchase a product, and you confirm your reservation, but do not show up within the designated time frame to purchase your shoes, you will lose your privilege to purchase the product. Shoes will be transferred to general stock.
- If you are selected to receive a reservation to purchase a product, but you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your reservation will be considered invalid and you will lose your privilage to purhcase the product. Shoes will be transferred to general stock. You must be subscribed in order complete your reservation and to purchase your product.
- A valid photo ID is required to purchase any reserved product. The name indicated on your Reservation Confirmation must match the valid photo ID presented at the time of purchase.
- WSS disclaims any liability resulting from problems caused by any failures with hardware, software, transmission, network failure or lost, corrupted, or delayed data.
- WSS reserves the right to modify or cancel any product reservation or any part of it at any stage in the event for any reason.
